Covenant Community Care is a federally qualified health center that provides medical, dental and behavioral health care services. By partnering with Joy Southfield Community Development Corporation (JSCDC), Covenant established a health center through a grant received from the Department of Health Resources Administration (HRSA). Services offered by Covenant include medical, dental and behavioral health care

Did you know that as a Federally Qualified Health Center, Covenant provides quality care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay?  For our uninsured patients, Covenant’s Benefits Coordinators and Enrollment Specialists assist by enrolling them into Medicaid and health insurance market place plans. Covenant also offers a sliding scale fee discount program to eligible patients.

Covenant and JSCDC worked together to promote health and wellness, patient education and community empowerment for over 20 years.

We are proud to announce that Covenant Community Care opened a new state of the art clinic located at 17625 Joy Road in Detroit, 48228.

We invite the community to visit this new Federally Qualified Health Center that provides quality care to all patients.
