The World Health Organization defines community health as: environmental, social, and economic resources to sustain emotional and physical well being among people in ways that advance their aspirations and satisfy their needs in their unique environment.
Our revitalization plan centers around access to primary healthcare, fresh fruits and vegetables, safe businesses and housing, top-notch education, faith-based organizations, tree-lined streets and family-friendly parks and recreation. This is the Cody Rouge way of life.
Covenant Community Care is a federally quality health center that provides Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Care Services.
