The Joy-Southfield clinic could not function without volunteers. Most activities at Joy-Southfield are performed by volunteers. We rely on the compassion and generosity of donors and volunteer healthcare providers to offset the cost of providing services. If you are a doctor, nurse or other provider that can volunteer four or more hours per month, we would love to hear from you. In addition, we need people for general office tasks.

We have forms that we ask you to complete. You can download these to your computer. They may be filled out on your computer, saved and printed or you may print the blank forms and fill them out by hand.
