Home Foreclosure Prevention

Joy-Southfield Development Corporation is collaborating with the Skillman Foundation's Good Neighborhood Initiative, the Community Development Advocates of Detroit (CDAD) and Southwest Housing Solutions to expand home foreclosure assistance to residents of the Cody-Rouge neighborhood. An experienced and qualified team of advisors is available to provide foreclosure prevention assistance. Home Renovation

We are just beginning to explore programs to improve the housing situation for the residents in our service area. There is one home in the community that has been acquired, repaired and updated. This home has now been sold to a local family.

We are expanding our housing initiative in the neighborhood with programs to help homeowners with minor repair and fix up. If you are interested in this program, download this flyer for information. An application form is available here or fill out this email form and we will be in touch with you.
