Joy-Southfield CDC

The mission of the Joy-Southfield Community Development Corporation (CDC) is neighborhood revitalization through family life-skill support and community economic development. Get a brochure about all of our services here.

In order to promote comprehensive neighborhood revitalization, Joy-Southfield provides the following programs and services:
• Primary & preventive health care for the uninsured and insured
• Community gardening & farmers market
• Home ownership support
• Home foreclosure prevention
• Youth & family mentoring
• Local economic development
• Commercial facade improvement program

The Juanita Reaves Clinic operates at the Joy-Southfield Health & Wellness Center and is a program of The Joy-Southfield Community Development Corporation Inc. We are dedicated to providing primary health care services and preventative health education programs to low-income and uninsured families and individuals.
